The PFF is proud to host a diverse and exciting array of vendors at our free festival in the park, this year on Saturday, August 23, 2008. Please note that fees, deadlines, and rules regarding all vendors have been revised this year.

Melissa McLean of "Liss Jewellery" hand-sculpts intricate pendants and jewellery, shaping her visions with high heat & exotic glass. Caricatures by Barney Wornoff, the award winning animator, actor, and director. Done in either black and white or with watercolours. Copies of the local epic cartoon "Peterborough Time", and beautiful individual hand made books from recycled materials good for sketching, journals, or evil secrets.

Jen V Glass Design creates unique, wearable art-jewelery that is hand-craftedusing glass and an assortment of colourful fabric, decorative papers, vivid paints, feathers and a plethora of other found objects. Specializing in necklace pendants, Jen V Glass Design also offers bracelets, earrings, and men's cufflinks. Custom work is welcomed, including bridal party jewelery and other commemorative pendants. The possibilities are endless, and no two pieces are ever exactly alike!

ecomum is dedicated to providing quality of life products for every member of the family. By promoting reusable and domestically produced products, and organic fibres, we hope to encourage a lighter pathway on the planet. Items such as diapers, wool diaper covers, mestrual pads. organic kids clothing, adult organic intimates, and Diva Cups are all madein Canada, while local ecomums craft hemp diapers and other random acts of organic beauty. New to ecomum this year are indespensible and indisposable Laptop Lunch kits --- as used by Chevy Chase! This is ecomum's 7th year in the festival.
Asymmetrical Styles
Through quality handcrafted creations 'Asymmetrical Style' seeks to encourage support in co-operatively, and locally fashioned designs. To support concepts of a community-based business, while providing funky and individualistic styles, all materials are purchased locally and recycled materials are used where possible. Each item is crafted with care, quality, and uniqueness. Also, to create a mutual experience in styling yourself 'Asymmetrical Style' offers the ability to participate in custom designing. Sky Buffalo
At our table you will find an array of traditional native crafts all made by us. There are deer rawhide and cedar framed hand drums, deer hide and cloth drum bags, deer hide purses and ouches, burden baskets, jewelery. moccasins, traditional games for children and John's cds. We only use glass and brass beads in our items as well as deer hide that we collect through the Hats for Hides program and all items are hand made.
Burnin' Beads
Interested in beadwork from a young age, Kira of Burnin Beads, has always been fascinated by the bright beautiful colours. Since studying glassblowing at the Haliburton School of the Arts, she has been creating beads and jewelry. www.burninbeads.com
