PFF Free-For-All - Daylong free festival in Nicholls Oval/Rotary Park. Featuring live music, workshops, food vendors, Artisan's Village, Healing Arts Practitioners, Community Groups, Children's Village, games and more.

Big Rock Pavilion

Festival sponsors Big Rock believe in community, Canadian music and a cold beer on a sunny afternoon, and we're proud to work with such a terrific and supportive Canadian company.
As this is our first year with a beer tent, you'll be able to purchase beer on tap from 1pm until we run out of beer, or until 8pm, which ever happens first.
Reusable beer mugs will be available for purchase.

Learning Stage

The PFF believes strongly that a community space is also a learning space, and a grove is a perfect classroom.  Please come prepared to participate, ask questions, and learn!

12:00 pm Morning Yoga  Start the festival with a gentle stretch!  Join instructor Sammi Shaw as she leads you through a 45 min Yoga workshop int he grass.
1:00 pm Songwriters Speak Songwriters talk about the proccess of songwriting, and how to hone your music for performance.  With John Wort Hannam, Drea Nasager, and friends.
2:00 pm Qigong Instructor Terry O'Neil leads participants in introduction to Quigong, which can benefit practitioners in flexibility, breath control, stress reduction, range of movement, and excersize. 
3:00 pm Down With Disposables! Join instructor Carolyn Ross for a guide to reusable menstrual products!  Participants will be guided in the creation of a medium-sized reusable mestrual pad (supplies provided).

Our submissions are now open for PFF 2009.  The deadline for application is FebrSubmit your EPK today!uary 28, 2009, and there are two ways to apply:  via snail mail or Sonicbids.  To apply through Sonicbids, please click the logo, which will take you to our  online Drop Box.
