Ptbo Folk Festival News!
Hey there, PFFers!
The festival is still months away, and the snow may still be falling outside, but we've got a sweet dream of Summer to sustain us throughout the cold months. We're getting an early start this year, and there's already lots going on!
A couple of quick notes from your friendly neighbourhood Board of Directors:
- We're updating the website a bit; please check it out and let us know what you think!
- Interested in participating as a volunteer for PFF 2010? We're searching for great people; experience is an asset, but we're really looking for kind, ethical people with enthusiasm who are committed to making PFF 2010 a wonderful event. Does that sound like you? Of course it does! Check out our Volunteers Page for job descriptions of some open volunteer roles.
PFF Annual General Meeting:
Saturday, February 20, 1pm, Gordon Best Theatre. Fun Friends Governance!
A brief meeting to receive reports from PFF 2009. We'll also be voting on our revised Bylaws; to qualify as a voting member of the PFF, you have to have contributed 12+ hours of volunteer time in 2009 (that's one of the things we're changing in the Bylaws, actually). You can RSVP at the Facebook Fan Page Event!
PFF Performer Submissions Deadline:
Wednesday February 24, 2010 - No exceptions!
For more details on how to apply, visit the Performer Submissions Page.
